I owned and operated my own Real Estate Appraisal firm in the Southeast Valley for 15 years. I still hold my appraisal license. In 2018, I started my Real Estate sales position as a part time Realtor and Appraiser. I worked as a solo agent and loved doing the sales part and gave up doing appraisals in 2019. My wife retired from teaching in 2019 and also got her Real Estate license and we joined forces. In our first full year, 2020, working as a team, Terry and I listed and sold 23 homes in Sun Lakes, plus another 9 properties outside Sun Lakes.

Since I both live, and work in Sun Lakes, I felt it was only natural to join Built by Referral as we are invested in our community and enjoy helping people buy or sell in Sun Lakes. We also can help buyers and sellers outside of Sun Lakes. We will go up and beyond what most Realtors will do to help our clients.

My appraisal background and Terry’s design background, as an Interior Designer, ASID, and as a certified Stager, HSE, provide added marketing value for our clients when buying or selling properties.
