We have been property owners, and thus landlords, of a 4-plex in Mesa Arizona since October of 2010. The experience we had with our first property management company was not a good one. We interviewed a second company but were left with the same bad impression. Since we are not local, having a reliable property manager is extremely necessary and important to us. Lisa and her company have been fantastic to work with!
